1. All Grants must be submitted online
2. You must complete all four steps in the application process
a. Summary information about the research/project
b. Requestor information
c. Detailed information about the research/project
d. Detailed budget information
3. Completing all four steps takes approximately 45 minutes
4. Fill in all of the fields as accurately and completely as possible. Incomplete information may result in processing delays or rejection
5. After having started the application process, you will receive a registration number
6. You can discontinue the application process at any time. With your registration number you can always go back to complete the application at a later date/time
7. Multiple grant requests may be made at the same time if the requests are not duplicates. Each request will be evaluated on its individual merits
Please note that no request can be made for an event that has already taken place or a project that is already complete.
Octapharma anticipates receiving a large number of grant requests and funds are limited, Octapharma may not be able to fund the entire amount requested, even if the grant is approved. Applications will be notified in writing of the outcome of the grant request and the amount of funding awarded.
The Octapharma Grants Committee will meet every 6 months – in April and October, to review all applications received and applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome within two weeks of the completion of the Grant Review process
