Octapharma anticipates receiving a large number of grant requests. All applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome of the grant request and the amount of funding awarded.
The Octapharma Grants Committee will review all grant requests based upon the information submitted. Therefore we ask you to kindly read the grants guidelines carefully to ensure that all applications are complete and relate to clinical or pre-clinical research focusing on human protein therapies in one or more of the following therapeutic areas:

Immunotherapy
•
Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine
•
Hematology
Requests originating outside the USA cannot be accepted on this website. Please contact the Octapharma office in your country. Contact details can be found by following this link.

All applications must be made on-line through this website.
•
Only completed applications will be accepted.
•
After having started the application process, you will receive a registration number.
•
You can discontinue the application process at any time. With your registration number you can always go back to complete the request at a later date/time.
•
Upon completion of all required information, you will receive a notification stating that your application has been received and that your request is being forwarded to the Octapharma Grants committee.
•
Any individual grant can be withdrawn at any time for failure to meet targeted goals or milestones in a reasonable timeframe.

Grants review will be undertaken by the Octapharma Grants Committee who will ensure that each grant meets Octapharma's criteria for support as well as all internal and external regulations and guidelines. The Committee is not obligated to approve any grant requests and will not do so if the application does not meet the program requirements.
The Octapharma Grants Committee will meet every 6 months – in April and October, to review all applications received. Applicants will be notified in writing of the outcome within two weeks of the completion of the Grant Review process.
Please note that no grant request should be considered approved until the applicant has received written notification from Octapharma.
Octapharma anticipates receiving a large number of grant requests and funds are limited, Octapharma may not be able to fund the entire amount requested, even if the grant is approved. Applications will be notified in writing of the outcome of the grant request and the amount of funding awarded.
